Social Media Design
As part of my role as socio-cultural staff at the Indonesian Consulate General in Melbourne, I developed social media content to support official communication and celebrate Indonesian culture. Each post followed a monthly theme that highlighted different regions of the archipelago. In 2024, the focus was on Eastern Indonesia, with visual elements inspired by traditional ornaments and patterns from the region. In 2025, the theme shifted to Sumatra, especially South Sumatra, showcasing its rich cultural identity.
I created most of the visuals using Canva, which also made collaboration more efficient. Some traditional ornaments were designed in Adobe Illustrator to ensure cultural accuracy. I occasionally used AI-generated imagery to support the visual concept, and AI tools helped draft captions. These drafts were then manually edited to suit the tone and context. The final content combined traditional Indonesian aesthetics with a modern visual approach, guided by a rotating monthly color palette based on the color wheel to maintain a vibrant and cohesive identity.

Presentation Design
As part of my socio-cultural responsibilities at the Indonesian Consulate General in Melbourne, I designed a presentation for public outreach to communicate the Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs’ Annual Press Statement 2025. Delivered at an official event attended by the Indonesian community in Melbourne, the presentation aimed to highlight key foreign policy priorities and Indonesia’s diplomatic outlook. I created the design using Canva, which allowed for collaborative input and team revisions, ensuring the final material was clear, visually engaging, and aligned with the formal tone of the occasion.
ID Card Design
As part of my responsibilities as socio-cultural staff at the Indonesian Consulate General in Melbourne, I designed an ID card to support staff identity and facilitate official activities. The design incorporated the official pattern of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, combined with a clean and functional layout suitable for daily use. A QR code was added to each card, linking directly to a digital contact file to simplify networking and communication with new connections. I used Canva to enable collaboration throughout the design process, while Adobe Illustrator was used to refine and adjust key visual elements to ensure print-ready quality.

Handbook Design
As a staff member at the Indonesian Consulate General in Melbourne assigned to the media and information division during the presidential visit, I designed a pocket-sized handbook as a practical guide for internal use. The handbook contained classified information, including the schedule of the President and delegation throughout their visit to Melbourne, and was distributed exclusively to designated personnel as a hands-on reference. Created using Canva, the final version was printed in A6 format to ensure convenient, on-the-go access for authorized staff.
